01 / Retain. Reframe. Reveal.

A new face.
A next chapter.

Give an existing building a different presence. Explore materials, openings and a new arrival in real time.

Complete design styles

Apply a coordinated specification, then customise individual choices. Your dimensions, EPS walls and openings are kept.

Your facade, in four moves

Measure the existing building.
Try a facade direction.
Shape its windows and entrance.
Review EPS and share your concept.

01 / Measure the asset

Front width / mBuilding depth / m

Eaves height / mFloors

Measure outside the retained shell. Allow at least 2.4 m per floor. Changes check whether your openings still fit.

Width is the straight front span. Openings are measured along the developed facade. Curves use a 96-segment base profile, split further at openings and feature breaks; quantities come from the actual closed panel mesh. Form changes may need new substructure. The retained view is a rectangular baseline, not a site scan.

Actual width / mActual height / m

Position is measured along the facade from its centre: negative to the left, positive to the right. Width follows the developed surface, including curves.

Openings shown in 3D use these same dimensions in the EPS calculation. Changing existing openings needs a measured design and structural review.

04 / Concept massing

Explore a possible change to the building volume. The dashed outline marks the existing front. This is concept massing; it does not assess structure, foundations or approvals.

Facelift service: facade redesign, finishing, shading and entrance treatments. Extensions, changed openings and structural alterations are concept proposals requiring site, engineering and approval review. No structural analysis or construction cost is implied.
